Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right — either by replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons, including:

Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
The quickest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union (EU) Customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason — as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Shipping Costs

Orders over $99 ship free — this applies to your original delivery only.

For returns, unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
