1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email once your purchase is placed.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it ships.

Processing times may be slightly longer during promotional drops, holidays, or peak seasons.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

3. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • United States 🇺🇸 (primary fulfillment region)

  • Select international destinations 🌍 (coming soon)

Our products are fulfilled through trusted U.S. and global partner facilities to ensure reliable service and faster delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s progress.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Please check with your local carrier or delivery service first.

  2. If the issue remains unresolved, email admin_support@digivapro.com and we’ll help you investigate.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • U.S. orders: taxes are calculated at checkout.

  • International orders: customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office.

6. Shipping Delays

We always aim to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to:

  • Weather or natural events

  • Carrier or customs holdups

  • Peak holiday or sale periods

While these are outside our control, our team will gladly assist with tracking updates or carrier communication when possible.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and affected items.

  2. Email admin_support@digivapro.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

We’ll work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue quickly — either by reshipping or issuing a refund when appropriate.

8. Fulfillment Locations

Orders are fulfilled through trusted U.S. and international partner facilities to balance speed, cost, and quality.
We automatically select the most efficient fulfillment route based on product availability and destination.
